Do you have a basic question about your phone, tablet, or laptop? Register for a 20-minute, one-on-one tech help session with a library staff member. Library staff members can answer a basic question about using library e-resources, apps, or getting to know your device. We are unable to assist with anything medical, legal, or financial related.
Appointments will be available on select Thursdays from 2–3PM. Call the Reference desk at 607-778-6451 or email BCPLreference@gmail.com to make an appointment. We are unable to take walk-ins.
