Light Years Fermentation is a small-batch brewery and NYS farm cidery located in Endicott, NY, focused on on-site fermentation, lagers, farmhouse ales, IPAs, and mixed-culture beers. We brew all of our beer on site using our own well water and house wild yeast cultures, and our wild ciders are crafted with local cider from our friends at the cider mill right down the road.
Our taproom is paired with a focused kitchen featuring pizzas, house-marinated chicken spiedies in our Zu Zu Sauce, Italian roast pork with sharp provolone and sautéed greens, rotating chicken cutlet subs, our classic Oklahoma onion burger, the Bourdain mortadella sandwich, and giant pretzels served with beer cheese and house hot honey mustard.
