About Mr. Mike’s Art Class: Mixed Media Landscapes
Welcome to our fantastic art classes held by Mr. Mike! This program is aimed at kids in grades 1-5. Registration will not be required for this class. All materials will be provided, just bring yourself and your creativity!
September: BASIC CARTOONING:
Students learn to create their own cartoon characters via simple shapes, facial expressions, body language, etc.
October: PUMPKIN PEOPLE:
Students draw a spooky background in crayon on colored construction paper, color in and cut out pumpkin people from template, and then glue them onto their spooky background.
November: MIXED MEDIA LANDSCAPES:
Students experiment with various types of construction paper, magazine and newspaper pages to create abstract landscapes.
